License Terms (EULA)
Use of the DQ-Agent software is governed by an individual contract between the customer and DQ-Agent or by this EULA.
License type: Valid for the contract term, bound to a hardware fingerprint (MAC + hostname), non-transferable. The license deactivates at contract end; generated data remains with the customer.
Anti-copy: License files do not work when copied to another machine. Reverse engineering, decompilation, and redistribution are prohibited; academic research exceptions require written consent.
Updates: Patch and minor versions are free during the contract. Major versions may require additional license fees with 90-day prior notice.
Liability cap: DQ-Agent's total liability is capped at the license fees paid in the last 12 months. No liability for data loss, lost profits, or indirect damages (to the extent permitted by applicable law).
Full EULA is shared during sales discussions. This page is a summary.
