The monthly figure is shown for reference; actual invoicing is annual (single payment) or, optionally, in 12 equal installments as defined in the contract. This is not a SaaS subscription — monthly cancellation is not available; the license renews or deactivates at end of term.

Why isn't a price shown for Finance Bundle?

Finance Bundle is designed for banks and insurers under BDDK supervision. Pricing depends on number of entities (holding + subsidiaries), compliance scope (all 5 frameworks or a subset), environment count (DEV/TEST/PROD), and support level. A flat list price wouldn't fit every bank, so we share a written itemized quote within 48 hours of your call.

How does the license model work? Annual or perpetual?

On-premise annual licensing. The license is active for 12 months and includes maintenance & support plus version updates. Renewal discounts and multi-year contracts (2-3 years) with FX protection are available. Perpetual licenses are open to negotiation in custom contracts.

Is my license hardware-bound? What if I replace my server?

Yes, the license is encrypted with a Fernet key derived from SHA-256 of MAC + hostname. On hardware change you can submit a reissue request; once approved, a new key bound to the new hardware is issued within 24 hours. Backup hardware allocation for DR scenarios can be defined in the contract.

How does the pilot programme work? Is it free?

Yes, the pilot is free. It runs 4-6 weeks: week 1 install + SQL Server connection, week 2 full_profile output review, weeks 3+ Compliance/RCA fine-tuning. At pilot end, scope and price are finalized; the customer signs the contract and activates the license.

Five main factors: (1) table count (Professional 1,000, Enterprise+ unlimited), (2) environment count — DEV/TEST/PROD each separate, (3) compliance scope — BDDK/KVKK baseline, BCBS 239 + IFRS 9 + SOX extra agents and reports, (4) support tier — email up to dedicated CSM + 4h SLA, (5) contract duration — annual vs multi-year.

Which SQL Server versions are supported?

All editions of SQL Server 2014 and above. CDC requires Standard or higher; on Express the CDC phase is skipped with a warning and the pipeline continues. PostgreSQL and MySQL have experimental support; Oracle is on the roadmap.

On-premise or cloud?

Accepted Answer

Architecture is on-premise only: single binary + Ollama. Your data, PII and LLM computation stay on your server — critical for KVKK and BDDK. We do not offer a cloud mirror or managed install; data sovereignty is a core product principle.

Can I pay in TRY from Türkiye?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The listed anchor is in USD; customers in Türkiye are invoiced in TRY with VAT included. Annual contracts can lock the USD/TRY rate at contract date (FX protection clause). For bank entities, compliance with public-procurement requirements is supported.

How does renewal work? What is the cancellation policy?

License is 12-month and not auto-renewed — we contact you 90 days before expiry. If you decline renewal, the license deactivates on the end date; generated snapshots and audit logs remain with you. Mid-contract cancellation is possible but unused months are not refunded.

Our primary market is Türkiye. We also support Turkish-bank affiliates in TRNC, Azerbaijan and the Gulf. A GDPR-compatible configuration is available for the EU. For the US and other regions, a reseller model is on the 2026 roadmap.
